Assist Lift Covers
A range of single/ double unit Assist Lift Covers manufactured from mild steel plate. Steel thickness and underbracing designed to suit required load category. All covers are designed to meet requirements of FACTA and are Hot Dip Galvanized after manufacture to I.S. EN ISO 1461:(2009).
Features
- 90 degree opening. Cover opens clear of the chamber for safety and for unobstructed access or equipment hoisting
- Self-locating stay bar to maintain cover in the open position in all weather conditions
- Enclosed hinges for added security
- Flush fitting solid chequer plate tops
- Turn catch locking
- Peripheral anchoring for secure fixing
- Plumbing point
- Single seal – Neoprene seal optional
- Torsion Srping (S/S or sprong steel) fitted for ease of operation by on person (to comply with H.S.E. Manual Handling single person operation)
- The cover lid can be removable for access/ maintenance purposes
- Removable RSJ brace (where appropriate)

Note: Structure of cover requires the Overall Size to be approximately 380mm larger that the Clear Opening Size – this does not include the anchoring lip (50mm).
